Swap Goods, Undo Mistakes

CurrentSwap Goods, Undo Mistakes
Trade goods for goods with a customer or supplier and settle only the difference. Get deleted records back from a Recycle Bin, see what each customer last paid and each supplier last charged, and undo a ledger entry in one click.
Goods-for-Goods Exchanges
Give a customer or supplier some goods and take other goods back, with money covering only the difference — view, print or cancel any exchange later. Switch it on under Settings → Business Model, then open Exchanges from the menu.
The Recycle Bin
Deleted products, items, customers, suppliers, staff, expenses and more wait in one list, ready to put back where they were, with cancelled invoices listed too — the Recycle Bin button on the Audit screen, or press Ctrl+K and type "recycle".
Last Price and Last Cost
On an invoice, a product the customer bought recently comes in at what they paid last time; on a purchase, each line shows what that supplier charged last and whether today's cost is up or down — switch it on under Settings → Features → Last Price.
Reverse a Ledger Entry
One click posts the opposite of a customer or supplier entry, so the balance and the cash book both come back while both lines stay on the record — the Reverse button on an entry under Transactions.

Group your shops under one organization and open any of them from the same computer, each keeping its own books. Plus a supplier ledger that shows exactly what you owe, devices followed by serial or IMEI from the shelf to the warranty, and bills you can send straight to WhatsApp.

Put the shops you own under one organization, so head office can reach all of them from one place while every shop carries on with its own data, staff and prices — find it under Settings → Organization.

Send a Bill on WhatsApp
An invoice, receipt or party ledger goes straight into that person's WhatsApp chat from the share button on any printout — on an Android phone, with a choice of WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business when both are installed.

Who Bought It, Bulk Item Entry, and Printing That Shows Up
Write down who took the goods — name, phone, ID — without opening a customer account, and find them again months later. Add a whole family of items in one grid, ring up one item with several barcodes, and tell a faint printer to press harder.
Who Bought It, Written on the Bill
Record a walk-in buyer's name, phone, ID and address on the bill itself — no customer account to create — and find that bill by any of it later; switch it on under Settings → Features.
Controlled Items Register
Mark the medicines that need a record of who took them and the till asks for the buyer, their ID and the prescriber before the sale — switch Controlled Items on under Settings → Features, and the printable register appears under Reports.
Add a Whole Family of Items at Once
One grid, one row per flavour, size or pack, and every row becomes its own item under the same product — use the Bulk tab when you add an item on the Products screen.
Print Darkness
If bills come out faint, or the lines around the table do not print at all, tell Bizstock to press harder — three levels with a sample of how they will print, under Settings → Printing.

Staff & Salaries, a Cash Counter, and Every Rupee in an Account
Keep everyone who works for you on the books — with or without app access — and get a reminder when someone's pay is due. Plus a note-by-note cash counter at the till, buying in the boxes your supplier bills you in, and card, bank and wallet money that finally lands in the right pot.
Everyone Who Works Here
Users is now Staff — add the loader, the driver or a field salesman with a job title, phone, joining date and notes, even if they never sign in to the app.
Salary Reminders
Record what each person is paid and how often, and Bizstock reminds you when a pay period is up and the salary hasn't been recorded yet.

Tap the notes and coins the customer hands over and the change due works itself out as you go — switch it on under Settings → Features.
